Our client is a small but dynamic accountancy firm based in the City to recruit an experienced HR generalist to work on a part time basis in addition to their current HR team of four. The person in this role will be expected to assist and support across the wider generalist remit when required but will generally have a particular focus on Recruitment, Benefits & Reward, CSR and Health & Safety.
The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience and will ideally have previously worked at Officer / Advisor level. Experience in a corporate / professional services environment would be advantageous however other sector backgrounds will be considered. The individual in this role will need to have excellent communication skills along with an ability to work autonomously managing their own workload and also able to work as part of a close knit and successful team.
This role is 5 days per week - Monday to Friday 10am - 2/3pm with flexibility for the right candidate.
