Job description

•Development and implementation of a clear and comprehensive D&I strategy.

•Reviewing and investigating best practice.

•Driving and putting into practice ways in which the firm can become more of a flexible and diversity oriented
organisation, including flexible working methods, career progression and internal policies and processes

•Drafting and reviewing relevant internal and external communications.

•Advising and briefing the partnership and staff on D&I issues and initiatives and so a clear and coherent approach to communication will be critical.

•Improving networks for groups within the firm and creating opportunities for dialogue and discussions to take place between both current employees and external groups.

•Building and developing networks with other D&I professionals, experts and thought leaders.

•Reviewing training, coaching and mentoring requirements and, where necessary, delivering the appropriate training.

•Working with the training team to ensure that diversity messages are reinforced and incorporated into all training provided by the firm.

•The successful candidate will sit on, and perform an important role within, both the Diversity Working Group and the Corporate Responsibility Group.
